The first time I heard about Indian Ear Candle, I thought it sounded so sophisticated and quaint because of the word “Indian” It is also interesting that it only lead me to my curiosity and ended up trying it!
Enough with the babbling and I shall proceed with my experience. I’ll spare you all the details of my Indian Ear Candle experience.
The moment I entered Asian Massage, all the crew was hospitable. The world class Filipino sincere smile was all there and since I had so many questions in mind, they didn’t mind answering it all and accompanied me to the massage room afterward since I direly want to try it. The room was so classy and before proceeding to Indian Ear Candle treatment, they made me change clothes first.
The first part is I have to lie down sideway then the therapist, fixed my hair to the side so it won’t get burned and about the Indian Ear Candle: The candle was inserted through a hole of a round shaped hard paper (for safety so it won’t hurt nor burn you) and then inserted into my ear canal.
The Therapist lit the candle while holding it still and I didn’t feel anything but a little warmer and a relaxing sound of a slight crackle like a burning coal and she asked me to just close my eyes and relax. While her other hand was holding the Indian Ear Candle, her other hand was massaging my head just the way I want it and it was so good that I fell asleep and she just had to wake me up when I had to switch side for it is my other ear’s turn then she let me sleep for few minutes after the session.
I left Asian Massage with contentment and a great experience. I know I need to find my “centre” out of all the bustle and I found it. I took the experience as a little gratification for working hard.
If you are looking for a great “me time’ experience, Asian Massage offers a great deal with a service that will bring justice to its price.
